With him I'll do all dealings to make this workable for me. He will deal with his team.
At least 7 players
Maximum of 9
I will need the full name of all players and their football experience (e.g. from what team are they)
•I need a teamname (this can be a fantasyname)
•Uniform What colour shorts en shirts will you be playing in with your team
•You need to arrange your own flags. If you really don't have them you'll have to borrow them all the time which sucks bigtime.
•Bring your own gameball. If not you'll play with what your opponents bring along.
The captain will pay me € 130,- asap (but at least 1 week before the tournament) on my account. Details through pm or email.
This is calculated on having 8 guys on your team. The captain will therefore receive on gameday a bag with 8 coins. If a ninth player will play on your team you need to pay € 16,- extra. Of course he'll receive another coin for the Foodbar. If you have 7 guys instead of 8 that doesn't change the basic costs of € 130,-
With the coins you can go to The Foodbar after the tournament and you will receive a plate that you can fill to your needs.
This year it's going to be the Mexican Foodbar again. So, tortilla's, enchilada's, you name it, they've got it.

The tournament usually starts around midday but I do expect the teams to arrive way before that. Around 11 is fine but earlier would be nice because than you avoid the traffic jams and it will be easier to find a parking spot if you're by car. The Spot is close to the trainstation so public transportation would be the cheapest options.
I have a 16 teams maximum and 10 teams minumum. Normally we play with 12 teams on 3 fields in three pools.
Normally we're done around 18 - 19 o'clock.
If you wanna bring people that also wanna eat afterwards tell your teamcaptain so he can reserve(&pay) with me. There are going to be a lot of people eating so if you do not reserve there might not be enough for ya. If not playing but just eating... the food afterwards will cost € 12,50 per coin.
If the teamcaptain gets stuck with coins of players that do not wanna eat afterwards (for whatever reason) he can sell their coins to other people. I do not negogiate this matter. No refunds. The Beachclub gives us their beach to have the tournament on and therefor we eat at their place.
All games will have a referee and semi finals and final will have two.
People that do not have a team but would love to play can register with me and I'll see if I can form a team outtof these guys or add you to teams that need extra players.
The BeachBowl is 5x5 flag but it's kinda rough at times. The minumum age to participate is 16 and the use of a mouthpiece is mandatory. Of course, the referee will take care that everything stays within boundries.
Do not consume your own food & drinks on the terras of The Spot. They are offering us their facilities because they wanna earn some money that day. It would show a lack of respect if you start eating your own food while they are hosting us all.
