Einspruch ist eingelegt. Der Spieler stand für die Pirates gegen Ravensburg und gegen Jena auf dem Platz bzw. auf dem Spielberichtsbogen. Gegen Universe stand er ohne Trikot zwar an der Sideline, war aber auf dem Spielberichtsbogen nicht aufgeführt. Den Frankfurtern wäre das ja wohl zuallererst aufgefallen. Schließlich hat er ja dort auch noch einen Paß !

outsider, du machst deinem namen ja alle ehre. woher weißt du denn das beide spiele gegen FP gewertet werden, wenn der spieler mit seinem doppelpass (FU und FP) nur an einem spiel teilgenommen hat? das spiel gegen ravensburg hat er auf der zuschauerseite verbracht. fallen bei der entscheidung ob spiele gewertet werden jetzt auch die zuschauer mit rein, das wäre mir neu?der verband hat sich auch noch nicht offiziell dazu geäußert, wie begründet sich also deine feststellung?

er steht nicht auf dem spielbogen und er kann auch nicht auf dem film sein, da er nicht gespielt hat. er saß vor dem spiel, während dem spiel und nach dem spiel auf der zuschauertribüne.
wenn du ihn auf dem video gesehen hast, welche nummer hat er denn gehabt? das würde mich wirklich mal interessieren!

Zum einen, war das nur die Antwort auf die Frage was passieren würde, wenn dem Einspruch stattgegeben wird, zum anderen habe ich gehört, dass er auf beiden Spielberichtsbogen steht und damit offiziell am Spiel teilgenommen hat, ob er gespielt hat oder nicht.

Und ich gehe davon aus, dass das auch stimmt.

This is getting ugly...and honestly it is so easy for the Verband/Passstelle to have avoided this by simply checking existing records. Yes I know its the club's responsibility but damn this really could have been nipped in the bud before it even started by simply not issuing the second pass.

Exactly! I mean this kind of thing typically happens when a player goes from one country to another or even from one German state to another. But for this to happen in the SAME Verband is just retarded!!

But this whole situation points to a much larger problem and that is the inability of the AFVD to control something that is easily fixed with existing technology in 2010. The lack of a centralized database for player pass administration is just plain inexcusable in this day and age. The benefits of such a system (faster player pass turnaround times, immediate player eligibility verification, faster player transfers, easier administration between the Fachverband and states, reduction of paperwork required, etc etc) have already been discussed in several other posts and can easily be rectified so teams would never have to worry about a player's eligibility. And honestly, I guarantee that if the league sent out a volunteer request amongst its 30,000+ members many people with web-based collaboration and database programming experience would jump at the opportunity to do that sort of project it for free.

Do you think any of the Verband executives want that? They want to eat and drink for free in the CBA hospitality section during the German Bowl and the European Championships. They are poor managers who like to chat and make money out of the clubs without taking any responsibility.
This is not a technical problem but ....
