Ich glaube die steigen auch auf nach der verpflichtung eines hochkaräter als Olinecoach werden wohl noch ein paar "cheap"Imports folgen

und die Jugend??? Da wird sicher das Lila Maskottchen an irgendwelche Frankfurter Sonderschulen geschickt und es darf in den Pausen gestreichelt werden und verteilt Flugblätter....aber Siege gibts dann auch z.b wenn die anderen Teams nicht antreten können

Starke Worte. Na dann wollen wir mal sehen ob da auch die entsprechenden Taten folgen. Wer solche Sprüche klopft muss sich nach der Saison auch daran messen lassen

Erholt Euch gut, damit Ihr auch nächstes Jahr genug Energie habt, um hier allerlei Zeugs reinzuschreiben, mit dem Ihr Eurer tiefen Freude Ausdruck verleiht, dass FRANKFURT UNIVERSE auch die Regionalliga rocken wird wie noch kein Aufsteiger je zuvor.

Also mal rein Praktisch betrachtet: Holzgerlingen hat das 2009 schon gemacht. Viel mehr Rocken kann man eigentlich nicht mehr. Und das ganze mit Sicherheit mit ganz anderen Vorraussetzungen. Wenn man da so die Staff-liste von FU anschaut merkt man ganz schnell dass die Herren wohl in anderen Universen unterwegs sind. 10 Coaches, 4 Physios, 2 Teamdocs, 2 Equipmentmanager. Und das dürfte wohl nur für die Oberliga Mitte 2009 gewesen sein. Wenn man so die Spielergebnisse anschaut ist das aber nicht grade "best effort"... Von lausigen 6 Spielen nicht eins zu Null gewonnen. Wenn man den Tread so durchliest werden die für nächstes Jahr noch nachlegen.

Vergleicht das mal mit dem hier mal wieder völlig unterschätzten Ravensburgern: Laut Homepage 3 Coaches, auf dem Mannschaftsfoto kann ich eine Physio ausmachen, bei Zipperlein werden sich Ravensburger Spieler sich ne Stunde beim Orthopäden ins Wartezimmer setzen müssen, und die haben von 10 Spielen 4 zu Null gewonnen. Unter anderem das Meisterschaftsendspiel. Und das wo in der Oberliga BaWü mit Sicherheit besser gespielt wird als in der Oberliga Mitte. Respekt sag ich da nur.

Ist ja legitim dass Universe das Ziel GFL hat. Wegen mir gerne. Wenn man sich ein Ziel setzt kann man dran arbeiten. Aber Geld ist halt nicht alles…

ALLE anderen Teams in der Regionalliga Mitte 2010 können richtig gut Football spielen. Das ist nicht so wie in der Oberliga Mitte. Gegen jedes einzelne wird FU richtig kämpfen müssen. Und am Schluss möge der gewinnen der auf dem Feld besser ist.

Why do so many people talk crap in the offseason? Football is GREAT because all this BS is settled on the field. I agree the OL Mitte might not be the best test for a success in the RL Mitte and also agree that all the "window dressing" that the Frankfurt Universe have may not be translating to killing people on the football field.

But realize that successful sports organizations (amateur and professional) have goals for both on and off the field. So like it or not, the Universe are doing some good things for the sport and the city of Frankfurt as a whole. And I would bet money that they are doing some of the things listed n this forum not just for the "on the field" goals but the off field ones.

Now if people would just stop talking smack and let the teams play, people might realize that some things have a way of working themselves out -- in other words, settle it on the field and not in the forum!

I guess they have too much time on their hands. I for one talk a lot of trash as well, but you have to back it up and I prefer doing it face to face and not anonymously on a forum.

One more thing, all this yapping about money is confusing me. All I've seen over there were about 30-40 players busting their ass in training. So take that for what it's worth.

Wie meinereiner gestern erfahren hat sinds tatsächlich 2 Gruppen.
Süd: Greifs, Sacs, Arrows, Razorbacks
Nord: Farmers, Pirates, Hanfries, FU

Sicherlich keine verkehrte Lösung, 14 Spiele sind wohl doch etwas viel, aber 12 wären wohl perfekt, geht aber nicht, ausser für die PO Teilnehmer.
Apropos Playoffs. Wie läuft das ab.
Überkreuz ist wohl klar, 1 Süd - 2 Nord und umgekehrt. Aber mit Hin und Rückspiel oder nur 1 Spiel mit Heimrecht für den Ersten?

Bin mal gespannt wann der erste rumnöhlt, dass die Nordgruppe vieeel stärker ist 8)
