Bauman had good numbers, 176 carries and good average, but Wiesbaden stopped him, I looked closely at the stats and I maybe wrong, he had some long runs in there. All I can say in the games I saw I was not impressed by the speed. But then again DD was 5th in offense in a very weak GFL2 sud.

Franken had a good offense but their defense was lacking MFF scored 40 something points on them, no air defense game.
WP was the best team and the best balanced team in the liga, but it lost the big game in the last seconds...and could have beat the Cowboys because their defense was so strong. Their two losses to Franken was the fault of the offense not getting the ball in, sometimes you have to fly to win, running is to slow.
Saarland was OK.
Darmstadt the Defense was very good, but the offense still lacked the punch, half of the points scored by it were in four games, vs the MFF the worst defense and SA even worse defense. Bauman was held by the Phantoms we must not forget that.
Never the less, now you have a FB, so the run game in power should be good....no comment on the O-Line?

If BA goes to the Phantoms they will be in the First liga next year, this guy was good, give him a line and a RB and a defense that is not Swiss Cheese( full of holes) and you have the real deal!

Average: 3.9 / 3.6

Second Game:
DD 82 WP 51

Average: 3.2 / 3.4

You had the two best Rushing defenses playing each other..there was no runnig game..for none of the teams. So how can you say...WP has a great running game and DD has none?

The more I read of you the more I get the impression you dont have a clue what you are talking about!

Funny you should bring that up, just looking at the stats, overall. A great RB can bet a great rushing Defense, that's what makes him great.
1st game
A.Baumann 10 54 1 53 0 16 5.3
take out the loss and the 16 yards- 8 for 36 yards, not very good.

second game.
A. Bauman 7 25 3 22 0 7 3.1
take out the loss and the longest- 11- total 14 yards.

Numbers don´t lie. Forget about the running game vs the Diamonds, only a fool runs against you guys, play action and pass is the way to beat you and then Draw's when you your in the red zone. Don´t believe me 2008 Black Hawk game regulation series. Your defense has not really changed in its philosophy.

I never said that ... spoke about QB only.
MFF had no real line, no real RB and no real DEfense.

I did not say that WP has a great running game or running back, though they did do better than you in those two games. So I made no contradiction. WP had many good running backs vs. the one that DD has. But you do not have great running backs.

I also said a run game vs 35 is not a great idea, 8 in the box is tough.

Why are you taking this so hard? Have I upset you? I am just giving numbers and those tell a story, its like the three bears and Goldilocks with you Mister Run Rabbit...you have this season to find the perfect porridge and softest bed in the GFL2, hopefully Moma bear and Daddy bear and Baby bear will not upset you, and you can live happy ever after in Diamonds Land.
