Wollte nur mal sagen daß ich deine sicher schweinsmühsame Recherchearbeit absolut super finde.

Da ich an allem interessiert bin was sich so im Football in Europa tut bzw eigentich ob und wie es sich in die Breite entwickelt schau ich immer wieder gerne mal hier vorbei.

The Story of American Football in Egypt began in 2007 when Ahmad El Refaey, an Egyptian who played American Football in the United States of America, returned to his home country to pass on his passion for this great sport to the enthusiastic youth of Egypt.

He Joined Forces with Adam El Zoghby, The Ahly Club former Handball team captain and Ramy Salah, a brilliant young musician with a true passion for American Football.

That year Gridiron Egypt was established with a sole mission; Establish American Football as on of the most popular spots in Egypt.

By Early 2010, Gridiron Egypt boasted 200 registered players and a huge fan base for the sport. After a succession of numerous successful events and games, the passion, which was the driving force behind Gridiron Egypt, met its vision.

In June 2010, Gridiron Egypt was invited to become and integral sport at Wadi Degla Sports Clubs. Seizing the opportunity to further establish the sport in the country as one of the most prominent sports, and work with expert sports developer Engineer Omar ElBorolossy through his company EngiSports, Wadi Degla American Football Program was created.

We are glad to announce that the Student Union in the German University in Cairo managed to take an agreement from the University to form a team,,they are in the registration process now.
