Jo, das Süddeutschland doch zu Germany gehört weiss ich seitdem ich eine Fränkin zuhause sitzen haben

Anyway, ich glaube nicht das die Falcons damit gerechnet haben. Ich kann mich auch irren. Aber es hörte sich so immer nach Heilsbringer an.

An den 3 Jahresplan glaube ich jedenfalls nicht.

Das sind dann die selben komplett unrealistischen Ziele die er schon in Plattling vorgegeben hat, da allerdings in noch kürzerer Zeit soweit ich weiß. Zielvorgaben sind wichtig, wenn die gesteckten Ziele aber zu hoch und nicht erreichbar sind, sind sie eher Kontraproduktiv.

Ich bleibe dabei, das Franken da bei der Trainerwahl kein glückliches Händchen bewiesen hat. Es hatte ja auch seine Gründe warum der gute Mann in Plattling gegangen worden ist.

I didn't say I agreed with the goals, but its not my place to judge. In the Army, we always say shoot for the stars, be happy if you end up with the moon. If they are in the GFL1, and competitive in 3 years, thats not a bad thing, right??

I do not think you need 200,000 Euro to win a Championship. Sure, Kiel brought in key additions to make them better. KA was the key and critical factor. I'm not in any means trying to compare KA with either of these guys, but is a good pair. In 2 established coaches in Franken, they are at least laying the groundwork for success. If they think they can be there in 3 years ( ), that is for them to say.

As far as unrealistic expectations in Plattling, I think the football forum, me included, were the ones that set the unrealistic expectations for Plattling. I do not know if JO had them on any kind of 3 year plan. This would be the 3rd year of that plan, I guess we will see where they are at the end of the season.

Lustig ist, das ILTG in der Zeit in der Olive keinen Trainerjob hatte hier nichts gepostet hat. Kaum unterschreibt Olive in Franken ist er wieder da. Komischer Zufall

Man hört das er nicht regelmäßig im Training der Plattlinger war, sondern seine Trainingspläne meißt an andere Coaches weiterdelegiert hat...is da was dran oder sind das nur dumme Gerüchte?

Hab ich auch gehört, bzw das keine vernünftigen Trainingspläne vorhanden waren. Unter anderem....

I think you need to go back and check through my posts again chicken. I think you can find several posts of mine when JO was not active. The fact that we are friends and classmates, obviously I take an interest in what he is doing. I feel partially responsible for him coaching here in the first place, but that is a different story altogether!

Ja, soll tatsaechlich so sein, dass Olive auf Big Boss macht.
Aber mit Jenkins hat er ja eine prima rechte Hand, oder?

Überhaupt finds ich inderessant was sich so in Franken tut. Die Knights holen sich die Trainer und die Rams die Spieler.
Was ist wohl besser?

Freu mich auf weitere Infos dieser Teams.
