Aber wehe es wäre Michal Davis gewesen! Dann hätten wir uns von Lobhudelei nicht retten können!

Jetzt nehme ich mal die Texte, die du über Respekt vor Coaches und so weiter bei der Davis Geschichte so tränenreich vom Stapel gelassen hast.

Warum lovest du Davis nicht-lovst du Shell?

Ich hab ihn letztes Jahr kennenkernen dürfen. Sehr netter Mensch. Wirkt sehr kompetent und hat Führungsqualität. Kam mir in seiner letzten Position aber vor, wie ein Fisch auf dem Wasser. Ein Coach ist eben kein Schreibtischtäter.

Also nichts gegen M. Davis. Aber hätte Shell nicht den gleichen Respekt zu erwarten? Aber wahrscheinlich durftest du nicht seinen Allerwertesten küssen.

Raiders...
firstly- its Al Davis the owner and general partner/manger of the Oakland Raiders. M davis was the coach of the Koln Falcons.

secondly- Art Shell is a good postion coach, not a head coach. He does what the owner tells him to do.

History on Radiers- Al Davis was the first coach the Radiers had in the OLD AFL- 1960- he then became a Partner and then bought out all the other owners- not bad for a 10 ,ooo dollar investment. Art Shell has not coached since 2000, he also was second or third choice on the list for new head coach. Davis hired who he knew he could control...this is why he has fired 5 coaches in the past 10 years. Even Gruden hated and did not want to work for him (AL DAVIS)and he has been the best Coach the Radiders have had since Madden.

Shell is being put in a no win place. Davis is still waiting or looking for the perfect Coach and Shell is just being used.

s respect for Coaches yes--- as a coach, but here guy I am a FAN a big FAN, I live and die every year for the RAIDERS if you know me or know someone who knows me ask them. I follow other teams and like other teams but my heart has always and will alwys be in OAKLAND.

also any true RAIDER FAN... who reallly is a Raider Fan.

They burn his ephigy (that means a likeness) at tail gate parties.
Their are 3 things you must do to be part of the Raider Nation.
1. Hate Dallas Cowboys
2. Hate Denver Broncos
3. and want to kill Al Davis!

How do you know, Mr. "Fan"? You know him personally or worked with him? Nah, armchair QB... I knew it... Just teasing you, you sweet little cracker.

Coach Shell was one of the greatest Tackles in the NFL- he is a great O-Line coach by far.... but as HC , he could not controll the team--drug offenses. players late... etc.
Think of Mr Moss!
I do not know him, but a friend of mine played under him for 1 year- Kevin Turner OLB. Said he was a great guy but not an HC,because he was so nice with the players, and they took advantage of it.

THis is my last posting till Sept.
If the Radiers make the play-offs I am wrong...if they don´t I wait another year and we get another Coach in Oakland.

Shells job is on the line, Randy Moss wants traded...and Al Davis is still alive.

I will wait till 2008.
