I am sure teams in the South are horrified now that Jackson is in Weinheim! Good WR! Bad fit! Dude, head some where that has a passing tree in their offensive playbook  And don't get too happy Danny, until you have a QB on that team, you will probably see 10 in the box LOL

Simply Amazin - imagine what his numbers would have been if he had a QB and WR that could throw the ball around and get 8 men out of the box.

Please don't get me wrong, I've seen Danny play several times, although I saw no games last season. He is a great player, but he'd be better suited in his offense with 2 import OL. A chimp could turn and hand the ball / pitch the ball to Danny. A WR with no one to throw to him is a wasted signing is all I was saying.

Na bei so viel Hellsehen wäre doch mal Lotto am WE angesagt!
Das brignt dann sogar etwas!
Da kann man dann noch einen ausgeben wenn man dann herausposaunt: Ich wusste es, ich wusste es...

I think Weinheim would be the last team in the south with any need of an import offensive lineman...bottom line: u cannot stop wl from rushing.
would, could, should, 2009

Können schon, sonst würden sie mehr als 4 Spiele im Jahr gewinnen.

Can't stop Weinheim from running?

WL - HBD 24/40 - 1.6 ypc with Washington
WL - MC 29/126 - 4.3 ypc with Washington 1 carry 39 yards
WL - HBD 32/82 - 2.6 ypc ohne Washington
WL - MC 30/71 - 2.4 ypc with Washington

The key to beating Weinheim is getting up on them early. You put them down 2TD's and it is over because they cannot pass the ball. In 2008, 45.6% completion percentage, 130 yards per game.

Here is something to think about Amazing, with Jackson coming and Torrance Brown on the team, who throws the ball??? Basaran? Washington?? I can only assume that bringing in Jackson spells an end to Torrance Brown's playing career in Weinheim, or maybe he is a 5th A.

My only comment was Jackson means nothing in Weinheim unless you have a quality QB, otherwise, he is a waste of an A. I am sure Coach Washington has plans for the team, and knows what he is doing, but fans of Weinheim have to wonder "is this the best we can do?" Weinheim has been in the GFL1 for 2 seasons now, 2 4th place finishes, 8-16 record, and no trips to the 2nd round of the playoffs. We've got the best RB in Germany...Jackson is a decent WR, but not a game changer, we could do better than this!

You think he would go to a team who doesn't have plans on bringing in a QB?????? He wont be the only receiver there this year either.

Yet, he is at the top of every scouting report each week and they have to double him. Unlike other receivers in the league, he has never had an equal counter-part opposite him for the last 5 years. Still, he makes plays! Saftey shades while corners man, LB slides in zone whatever...that opens the running lanes, and the playaction pass. That's a game changer!
