Über die Pressearbeit brauchen wir net reden. Die kann man aktuell echt vergessen. Aber zu der Geschichte mit dem QB. Welche Gründe das wirklich gehabt hat das der Stangel gegangen ist werden wir hier nie erfahren. Wenn man den abgesetzt hätte so wie das einige hier schreiben wäre der gleich mit dem HC rausgeflogen und nicht noch so lange geblieben. Einfach mal bei den Lions in Braunschweig, Dresden oder Hamburg nachfragen die können euch sagen warum man noch ein oder zwei QB´s in der Reserve hat.

Der neue QB spielt ebenfalls auch Tight End und hat seinen Pass bereits Anfang des Jahres bei Universe Unterschrieben. Er ist kein Import sondern studiert hier zur Zeit in Deutschland, ganz in der nähe von Frankfurt. Jedoch war er vorerst nur als Backup eingeplant, da er sich zunächst auf die Uni konzentrieren musste.

Alle drei ist schon krass, aber nein, das kam alles terminlich so überraschend ...
Eigentlich nur eine Sache der Koordination (Coordinators???), aber da gibt es sicher eine plausible Erklärung für
Man muss sich damit abfinden, dass mehr und mehr das Herz und die Emotion für diesen Verein verloren gehen, anscheinend auch das Verantwortungsbewusstsein. Dafür zählen jetzt Eigeninteressen, Kalkül und Kohle ... rausholen was geht, dann ziehen die Legionäre weiter.

Also seien wir jetzt mal realistisch und sehen das als normal an.

First and foremost a short comment,,,the Pressearbeit/Pressewart,,is not a easy job and I am sure
that most of you guys would rather not have this "undankbar "job. Doing press work is a job where
you write first and foremost in good faith and try real hard to remain neutral,which is not always
possible!! Gott sei Dank!! we have those who take the time from their normal life to write for us!!
Reason for Stangel being dismissed from team will remain secret but my quess is..he simplly did not
fit into his figure position with the FU..chemistry,personality,cultural conflicts,homesick on...and on
...and on!! So you have a simple outline to presse and QB Wacotx

@waco: Hast Du da bei der Beschreibung von Pressearbeit was von "remain neutral" geschrieben????? Wenn Du das bei FU (und auch bei anderen, aber speziell bei denen) ernst meinst möchte ich wissen was Du Dir täglich mehrfach einwirfts um Dein Bewusstsein zu erweitern........

Well it is interesting to say the least...I got an email on Europlayers last week and lo and behold Mr. Stangle was on the site, I think looking for work. Possible problems might be happening, HC, OC and DC all on vacation at same time with THE GAME being played?
Hopefully all will be settled when the dust clears, but I think in my opinion as the English Bard wrote..."Something is rotten in Denmark"...

The press spokesman is a pro. He works at a newspaper as a journalist. Therefore he should know much better! BS like his articles I would expect in the Landesliga. Surprisingly, those that have a press spokesperson in Landesliga or Oberliga mostly have no pros and they do a much better job, even from a professional point of view.

Fact is: He left during the season and didn't played the AC-game which is the most important one. His backup jumped in and FU didn't informed anyone. Usually they post every BS on their website, but this they didn't. The given reason is: They didn't want to name the change to early. So, this makes total sense if you have a backup QB who played in the NFL, but a guy who is studiyng over here and plays TE, without being on film this season as QB, this is another perfect example for the BS at the FU organization! Plus: Playing your most important game without having the HC, OC, DC, starting QB - amateurs or not, those travel plans should have been known much earlier and taken care of. At least one of the Coordiantors could have changed the plans and the QB could have left after the game.
Poor management and BS communications out of arrogance.

Not very smart my friend!!
How do you arrive to the statement that this was the most important game of the year!!
If you analyse the gameday(AC vs FU) and the remaining season you'll come to the same
conclusion as I have. The only thing stopping the AC is themselves!! Otherwise its Reg.
for the AC. FU will and should cap the season off with the Nr. 2 spot! AS for the Cooordinators and the HC missing for the game,,,,it tells me that when you have the right people in the right position then you can step out for a break!..that is a possibility uh!!? This is only a after thought, the season
was more or less over after the home game against the Rams...just a thought!!
