I now have 30 aktive Years, and never needed any surgery. Center / QB for the first 2 years, then TE und FL for I guess 8.hisdudeness hat geschrieben:It is legal, could it have been done different yes, but this is the middle of a hard fought game! No one tries to hurt anyone else (at least I hope not) but it is football. An understanding that this is a dangerous sport. If you play longer than ten to fifeteen years there is a good chance you have had a surgery or two. But it is all part of the game. Players are taught to play all out until the whistle. It is a split second desicion for him to make based on what he sees. But no one is trying to hurt other people, and if they are only that person knows he is doing it. We all play because we love the sport, and that love really comes out if you have been under the knife for the sport. There should be no bad blood between any teams. It is something we do for fun and with our hearts, but men are competetive by nature. Lets have a good clean second half of the season and then go beat up on whatever South teams want to show up!
Then first years Bundesliga Reciever & Corner.
Then 10 Years QB, the rest in between Mike and HalfBack.
Now I'm old and slow and have to play QB again. Our DC doesn't want me to play Mike anymore.

Heck, in the good ol days, I played SS and QB the entire game.
One thing is certain. Being carefull will only get you and your teammates injured.
Klitschkos arms are longer, but the little Pollock was tough enough to try anyway.
I wonder if that is unfair, or just part of the sport...
