@ Hansen...you need to get a suit, for your award thingy, the baseball cap with the M to the side does not do you justice, and how much weight do you lose?

By the time import QB gets here (i.e. way late in the preparations for the season), practice is all about timing and NOT about showing the back-up the tricks of the trade.
Don't get me wrong, I'd go abroad if I was paid for a fun thing like football, no question! But do I think coaches who put imports at QB instead of developing own QBs from the youth teams on are to blame for the poor stock of German QBs, and that import QBs teach domestic QBs little to none? Absolutely!
Cheers, da Corpse
I don't see Americans being an issue in the GFL2, since you can only play 2 and suit 4. As far as the QBs go I personally prefer having a German QB, this frees up 2 slots on offense where I can put in an American player who is a playmaker and get his hands on the ball in space. Competition in practice is where you get better, if your competing against good athletes in practice this is going to give you a better chance to improve your skills.

I feel that actually playing in a game benefits a player more than just practicing and bench-warming. Everybody practices. Plus, you're always up against the same guys, doing the same stuff, they know you and you know them... *yawn*jdl33 hat geschrieben:Competition in practice is where you get better, if your competing against good athletes in practice this is going to give you a better chance to improve your skills.
In the game, however, it's a completely different thing, everyone will agree on that. This is where it counts, this is where you get your experiences from, where your work pays off. Bummer if an import takes your spot...
