I was at the heidelburg game today.......and IM wondering.....why does HEIDELBURG even have a team? Some of the players are real hearty players,but coach C, It seems like heidelburg needs some discliplne!!! I mean comon! is it really that bad when you start cheapshotting people and hitting them from behind? Never in my life have I seen a football game played this way!!!and the referees didnt even take control of the game!!!!YOU SHOULD WIN AND LOOSE WITH HONOR AND IF YOU HAVE TO RESORT TO VIOLENCE?....YOU PICKED THE WRONG SPORT!...HOCKEYS DOWN THE STREET!- Bulldogs..I dont know what happened to you today, you all looked sleep! I hope you all study that tape!...you got work to do!!!!

I was disappointed too. I have never seen anything like that. I will say that the HD team should not be judged by 1 or 2 players who should not be allowed to play. Most of the Bulls just want to play football. The antics of a few did throw us off of our game a bit, but HD came out to play - just as I predicted. They played some very good defense. The D-Line was very small, but played with heart. A couple of the LBs played their hearts out against us. We had over 500 yards total offense, but only put up 21 points, they bent, but did not break. They even ran an INT back for about 80 yards and a TD.

But I do agree, if you are a dirty player, and your only intent is to ruin your team's reputation, you should not play here. None of us are superstars, so attitude should be left at home.

I know HD will bounce back though and we will see a better game from both sides in the ruckspiel. I am thankful we did not have any serious injuries and the one player -- really it was only one -- is out for the next 3 games, maybe he will learn his lesson from all of this and come back a better sportsman.

P.S. American players should play here as ambassadors of the sport. We should be playing for the love of the game and to bring our experience here to share it with out European Comrades. Americans that think they are superstars and special, should go play baseball. It sickens me to see American players display bad sportsmanship most of all. We are teaching the wrong things about this sport by trash-talking, chep shots, punching players when they are down, hitting from behind away from the play, and on and on. I only have Americans that are team players, I pulled a player today because I thought he might have trash-talked. I will not put up with it and other coaches should not either.

ja, am ende waren die gemüter erhitzt. HD wollte mit herz noch das spiel drehen, schaffte es aber nicht mehr.
es war langezeit ein gutes spiel. LuBu gewann wegen größerer individueller klasse. Aber wir haben lange gut mitgehalten, was LuBu wahrscheinlich nicht gedacht hat.
So on, hoffe auf ein besseres Rückspiel von uns!!!

Was willst Du denn wissen?

Pforzheim hat insgesamt den deutlich stärkeren Eindruck gemacht.

Kuchen mit zwei sehr schönen Kick-off return TD's, die sie im Spiel gehalten haben. Pforzheim kurz vor Schluss in Ballbesitz und an der Kuchen 3. Spielstand 31 zu 34.
4 Versuche haben nicht gereicht. Turnover on downs.
Hatte dann einen schnellen Safety zur Folge. 33 zu 34. Endstand, da die Dogs es nicht mehr schafften nochmal zu scoren.

Kuchen verdient gewonnen, da einfach cleverer gespielt und trotz langem und mehrmaligem Rückstand nie aufgebend. Hat sich ausgezahlt.

Schiedsrichter waren auch sehr gut. Faires und spannendes Spiel, soweit ich es von Aussen beurteilen kann. Auch nach dem Spiel sehr gute Stimmung als beide Teams zusammen Bier tranken.

Minus: Die Wilddogs wurden von Hooters versetzt und somit gab es nichts zu essen. Sehr schade, da ich nicht der einzige war, der sich auf die leckeren Burger gefreut hat.

In Lubu ist am aus dem Tal der Tränen raus gestiegen und spielt erfolgreich Football. Gutes Coaching und gute Moral und... . Kuchen gewinnt in einem spannenden Spiel gegen die Wilddogs. Ich glaube aber Kuchen spielt am Limit , d.h. sie holen alles raus was sie können. Das wird meiner Meinung nach aber nicht gegen die Bulldogs reichen.
Crailsheim Titans gegen Pforzheim Wilddogs Pforzheim 14:21
Beide Teams kämpfen mit vielen verletzten Leistungsträgern. Crailsheim hat das Glück, dass sie sich 3 Wochen ausruhen konnten und vielleicht ist der eine oder andere wieder ins Team zurückgekehrt. Außerdem schreiben sie auf ihrer Homepage dass für "alte" Spieler Pässe beantragt wurden. Die Wilddogs haben mehr Qualität und Erfahrung im Team darum tippe ich auf einen Wilddogsieg. Der aber sehr hart erkämpft werden muss.

Bin ein wenig vorsichtiger mit meinem Tipp bei den Bulls. Aber an der Sache ändert sich nichts. Ich glaube nämlich fest an einer Bulls Niederlage. Das liegt nicht an den Bulls sondern an der Dominanz der Hammers. Für mich stellt sich die Frage ob sie ungeschlagen in die RL aufsteigen.

LB:KM - It will be tough. Injuries on both side, bad performance last week by LB. We will see. I LOVE playing at home in that beautiful stadium in front of the LB fans! They give us mega-energy! Looking forward to a clean game after last week! Whew! I love playing Kuchen, always a hard, but fair game, with great sportsmanship that starts with a great Coach and goes down to every player!

CT:PW - You would think that PW will win easily, but CT will start to pull it together. They have had a rest and have some great players/coaches, and they have a lot of fun playing. Hard to pick this one, but PW may win a close one. 28-27

HB:DH - It will be a tough game for DH. I highly recommend the DH players protect themselves until well after the whistle on every play. Good news is the problem player is out for 3 games, so should be a fair, slightly clean game. DH's injuries were mostly on Defense. HB has some problems on O, so they will have a tough time scoring, even on DH's weakened D. However, DH's O is very strong. I expect DH to pull it out, IF they have 22 to start the game. DH 42-6

Bulldogs Vs. Mammuts: (Bulldogs win +20)

I predict a tough game for both sides,
for sure the Oberliga "Game of the Week"
If the Bulldogs play like they did against the Wilddogs then the Mammuts
will be in for a very long and hard game.
If the Bulldogs don't take the Mammuts serious
then they will get into trouble,
especially in the second half,
the Mammuts are well known for great comebacks...

Titans Vs. Wilddogs: (Titans Win +6)
I think the Titans have learned, and want to prove it.
The Wilddogs are not the Wilddogs that we have seen over the years,
they need time to rebuild and I am sure they will, but not this Season.
Maybe I am wrong but I see more fight in the Titans.

Bulls Vs. Hammers: (Hammers Win + 28)
The Hammers a highly respected Team with a very small roster, I mean in numbers not the size of the Players , I have always said I would rather play with a 17 Man TEAM, then a 50 Man mess....I have Coached against the Bulls and there was always 3 or 4 undesirable situations during the Games and last season the HC was obviously supporting unsportsmanlike behavior
and actually was very sneaky about not being caught by the Whitecap.
I have not seen a Bulls Game this Season but it sounds like the problem still exists, if not then all the better...

Bulldogs Vs. Mammuts: 27-7
Lubu coming off of that horrific showing against the BULLS, Wake up and take care of business. Still, the dawgs have too play smart and not depend on the run so much....I think that is thier only weakness,and the BULLS exploited them for it!/Kunchen, depend on the run too much also , but thier prized air-attack will get stopped by LUBU....I don"t know if you all in this forum is watching,but LUBU'S defense is shutting people down from the ground and air!

Titans Vs. Wilddogs:24-21
The Titans want it more here and I think the Wilddogs ned to find a light to go off on. It takes only a few of whole hearted souls to take to battle hint:(DANUBE)


Bulls Vs. Hammers:0-38
Easily the HAMMERS will win....They will stick and move,stick and move, like floyd mayweather. The cool thing about the HAMMERS is that they arent just relying on on type of play and the BULLS WILL PAY DEARLY IT IS BECAUSE THERE IS NO DISCLIPLINE ON DEFENSE AND OFFENSE, PLUS THE PLAYERS THERE DON'T HAVE A GRASP OF WHAT FOOTBALL IS ALL ABOUT. It"s not about cheapshotting or loosing your cool...it"s playing until the whistle blows. The BULLS coach should sit down with his team and find a nucleaus to start from....even if you just have 11 players....but fair is fair....if you are in this game to mame someone for some degree of anger or resentment....then you are a pitiful being and if you just want people off of the street to play ball, try flag football. In my retrospect...this team is not at the level of play in this league.

GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE!!!!!! Will be at LUBU for the game...then maybe TATORTS?....What a wonderful spot!

Also ich schließe mich da den anderen an und würde auch sagen dass es ein sehr sehr interessantes Spiel wird. Die Mammuts mit einem kraftvollen Spiel gegen die erwachten Bulldogs. Ich denke dieses Spiel wird eng und tippe dass die Bulldogs am Ende die Nase vorn haben.

Wieder ein Tipp den ich natürlich nicht machen werde.

Bulls - Hammers
Ich habe größten Respekt vor der Leistung der Hammers. Wenn man mit einem derart schmalen Kader solche Leistungen erbringen kann wie sie es bisher getan haben dann bleibt nur noch zu wünschen dass ihnen nicht die Luft oder im schlimmsten Fall die Spieler ausgehen. Mein Tipp ist deshalb dahingehend dass die Bulls in diesem Spiel nicht viel holen werden.

Klar haben wir 2008 auf Maciel #10 stark gesetzt, würde doch jedes Team machen das so einen Hammer Runningback am Start hat.
Du hast auch Recht was die Fumbles unseres Rookie Runningbacks angeht, aber Alter der läuft 4.3 auf 40 Yards
Ich kann dich beruhigen, der Hakan machts nächste Saison, was der drauf hat weiß glaub ich jeder...
Ich kann aufgrund von "glücklichen Umständen" momentan auf knapp 70 Spieler zählen und ich freu mich auf kommendes Jahr

Unglaublich, aber immer die Klappe ausreißen. Ehrlich gesagt finde ich das absolut nicht schade, denn es war nie toll, gegen die zu spielen, da einige ständig versucht haben, einen zu verletzen.

Also dieses Jahr ist echt der Wurm drin! Wenn das stimmt, ist es nicht schon das fünfte Team das zurückgezogen hat??? Das ist echt ein Armutszeugnis für den AF...... Sehr Schade. Tut mir leid für die Teams die spielen möchten und wieder mal in die Röhre schauen! Solangsam sollte der Verband etwas unternehmen!
