Für mich das richtungsweisende Spiel um die Tabellenspitze. Gewinnt Hall nur knapp (was ich vermute) dann werden sie es schwer haben, die Tabellenspitze zu behaupten.
Beide Teams jedenfalls offensiv stark. LuBu scheint mir aber die "schlechtere" Defense zu haben bzw. bei den Specialteams anfällig zu sein. Wenn Hall hier die Lücken findete, wird es für LuBu schwer werden beim Scoren mitzuhalten.
Hall im Gegenzug bisher noch von keinem Gegner ernsthaft gefordert aber ich tippe mal dass sie die bessere D stellen werden und LuBu auch mal ohne Score vom Feld schicken. Das wird am Ende den kleinen Unterschied ausmachen.

Das wird schwer hier einen Tip abzugeben. Pforzheim kann monströs stark sein oder ihr letzter Gegner war einfach nur sehr schwach.
Wir gegen Kuchen anfangs sehr glücklos und mit vielen Abstimmungsprobleme. Das sollte jetzt ja besser laufen.
Ich bleib mal salomonisch und sage "Unentschieden".

Wir werden wohl in Lubu eine Vorentscheidung in der Oberliga sehen. Ich sehe auch Lubu vorne, da sie seit Jahren mit fast den selben Spielern arbeiten und gut aufeinander abgestimmt sind.

In Stuttgart ist alles möglich und man wird sehen, was der Sieg der Wilddogs in Crailsheim wirklich Wert war.

Wenn man die ersten Seiten des Forums liest oder die Abstimmung anguckt, ist LuBu fast abgestiegen... Jetzt ist morgen plötzlich das Spiel um die Meisterschaft???
Morgen wird noch gar nix entschieden. Weder in die eine, noch in die andere Richtung.

Nach den anfänglichen Berichten überrascht mich LuBu echt. Auch im Spiel gegen die Titans haben sie nen starken Eindruck gemacht.
Und stellt euch vor, auch Hall2 kann mal verlieren... Letzte Saison, ok, perfect season. Aber davor, im ersten Jahr auch schon mal verloren.
Insofern hoffe ich, dass es morgen ein spannendes, faires Spiel wird.
Wer gewinnt - keine Ahnung...
Und auch morgen Abend haben dann noch beide Teams (und so gut wie alle in der OL) noch die Chance, Meister zu werden.

Very exciting game today with the Unicorns, congrats to them on a hard fought victory that went to the last seconds. We very much look forward to the rematch. Sometimes these close games are hard to get over, but my players were very excited with the game, the great competition and the speed in which we had to play to compete. Penalties did not help either team, hopefully we will get to play more and not watch the refs so much in the rematch! Looking forward to getting to practice and getting ready for next Sunday!

It could have easily gone the other way, we had two TDs called back, one in the 1st and one in the 4th for "holding." We also had an INT called back for Roughing the Passer in the 4th that allowed SH to make their final TD. The referees did not seem to have their field responsibilities correct. The Line Judge called most of the holding calls (normally for the Umpire) and he called the roughing the passer (normally for the White Cap). Hall received a lot of holding calls too that disrupted their game, so no one can say that they could not have scored more either. The timing of the penalties seemed worse for us. They also missed a roughing the punter call that helped us and on the same play the returner called "fair catch" but returned it about 30 yards. They missed a lot of defense offsides calls (coincidently the Line Judge's responsibility).

The holding calls were not flagrant, so I thought the teams should have been allowed to play on and decide the game themselves. Afterwards when I spoke to the Line Judge and I was not convinced he understands what constitutes holding. He was throwing the flag when an OL pushed the front of the jersey and locked his thumbs under the shoulder pads and grabbed the numbers. He did that against both us and Hall. Again, should have been the back Judge's call. I have had all of those guys before and they are normally very good. I think it would be better if they kept they eyes on their responsible areas instead of throwing a flag 30 yards downfield. The refs should follow the rules and call fouls when they are obvious, but if you really try, you can call a penalty on almost every play. It appeared the one ref was trying too hard to find penalties, rather than watch the flow of the game. Everyone is learning though and I am sure they will get it all together. They definitely were FAIR, so no one can complain about that.

It was probablyone of the most exciting games I have coached and even though we came out short, we all enjoyed the game, as did the fans.

SH is extremely talented and the fastest team I have ever seen over here. They will be tough for anyone who cannot match speed for speed. They are obviously well-coached too All I can do now is watch the film and prepare for the rematch Hopefully it will be as exciting s round 1.

All of the above was my oipinion, would love to hear any other's who were there. You still cannot take away the excitement of the game and that it came down to the last 26 seconds.

Hall dominated the 1st Quarter, stopping us with excellent timing on blitzes and quick DL. They made their first TD on a 50 yard pass that got over our Safety for the first score and PAT, 7-0. Our next posession we drove to the 49, then had a very long run up the middle for 51 yards and a TD, but it was called back for holding. Both defenses came to life, but we eventually put together a 71 yard drive to score, and missed our PAT. In the second QTR, Hall put together an 82 yard drive that ended in a 40+ yard TD pass on the same side as the first and the PAT was blocked, 13-6 HT.

In the second half, after the lucky break on the punt return I mentioned above, we moved about 30 yards and scored on a short TD pass, tried for a 2PAT and failed, 13-12. Early in the 4th QTR, Hall put together a 20+ yard drive that could have ended in an INT, but we roughed the passer, so they got the ball back on our 15 and scored, with the PAT 20-12. Early in teh 4th we drove to Hall's 40, threw an apparent TD, but it was called back for holding. Late in the 4th we moved to the 1 yard line, on 4th down had a false start and failed to punch it in. When Hall got the ball back our defense came up big, forced a fumble and we recovered. We then scored with 26 seconds left, went for two, but Hall stopped it.

Their team speed was amazing and we really learned alot about the speed required to make it to the next level, you have to think, move, and execute at full speed, as they did. Very exciting game!

Sehr gute, sachliche Darstellung von Casciaro!!!

Lubu habe ich das erste mal gesehen und war sehr positiv überrascht. Hatte ursprünglich einen deutlicheren Sieg von Hall erwartet.
Beide Teams mit enormen Speed, den ich so in der OL noch nicht gesehen habe.
Hall mit etwas mehr speed, hat das Momentum durch Fouls/Ballverluste öfter aus der Hand gegeben und sich nicht absetzen können.
Bulldogs haben bis zum Schluß an ihre Chance geglaubt und Sie sind fast dafür belohnt worden. Ihre Vorteile: Sie waren physischer und hatten ein konstanteres Laufspiel.
Denke, von den anderen Teams der OL wird keines die 2 schlagen können. Das Rückspiel wird das Spiel um den Aufstieg mit leichten Vorteilen für Hall die m.E. mehr Luft nach oben haben.

@ cheesy30: Du hast Lubu am Sonntag zum ersten Mal gesehen und machst Dir schon eine fixe Meinung? Gehörst also auch zu den Menschen die das Motto: "Für den ersten Eindruck, gibt es keine zweite Chance" leben.

Ich denke wir sollten den kommenden Spieltag noch abwarten. Dann haben die Wilddogs sich mit den Einhörnern gemessen. Dies läßt uns dann weitere Rückschlüsse ziehen.

Persönlich halte ich es da eh mit den Onkel'z "Du sollst den Tag nicht vor dem Abend loben"!
Könnt auch in der Bibel zu finden sein, aber mit der hab ich es weniger.
