Greetings to all coaches, players and fans that will partaking or rooting for teams in the "Landeslig Bawu 2014"

I want to formally introduce myself and wish everyone an injury free season. I was eager and excited to join this football forum full of opinions and ideas. As some may know or not know, but I will be part of the BM Wolfpack coaching staff (OC). I am not new in Germany, I’ve been living here for about 13 years now and as you may imagine; my German is as good as most of you speaking English.

Football is my passion, so coaching American football is not new to me, what is new to me is coaching a German team and the language barrier (sometimes). Otherwise, training and preparation is the same to me which has no language barrier.
As everyone may have notice, the Wolfpack in the offseason have been very quiet and I am pretty sure everyone would like to have an update.

Update:
4 new coaches to include myself
Many new players and three successful scrimmages (pretty much the same team from last year, 1 or 2 outlets)
4 day football camp to work on our weakness

As everyone can see the Wolfpack have been very busy in the offseason. I am looking forward to meeting many of you coaches out there and sharing ideas on how we can improve this great sport.

As for this weekend, both teams can win and both teams can lose. My tip "the team that is mentally tough, discipline, and executes their offensive strategy is the team that will win” That is my motto for every game.

Zu heutigem Spiel - 50:20 für Tübingen Red Knights ist korrekt. Alles Gute und schnelle Genesung für den verletzten QB von KWHeim! Hoffentlich ist er schnell wieder auf den Beinen

TüRK 50 : 20 KWH

Tübingen mit einem 35:0 Lauf wenn ich mich recht erinnere, danach aber derbe Konzentrationslöcher und Fehler. Der Vorsprung war aber schon zu groß um nochmal echte Spannung aufzubringen.
KWH mit meiner Meinung nach meist eindimensionalen Spielzügen, aber auch klasse Play-Fakes.

Schon sehr interessant wie ruhig es ihr im Forum nach dem 1 Spieltag ist.
Liegt es daran dass alle geschockt sind, oder dass eh alle Teams da waren und es live gesehen haben?

Wovon geschockt? Alles andere als ein deutlicher Sieg von TRK wäre in meinen Augen eine Überraschung gewesen.
Erster Spieltag? Also meines Wissens haben bis jetzt 2 von 6 Teams gespielt. Am 27.4. können wir uns dann gerne darüber unterhalten, wer wo stehen könnte und wer vielleicht überrascht hat. Aber bis jetzt ist das ganze nicht sonderlich aussagekräftig.

Man sollte TRK jetzt auch nicht dermaßen hochloben, die 20 Gegenpunkte waren komplett selbstverschuldet. War nicht das Bombengame, dass das Ergebnis denken lässt.

Kornwestheim wird ja seit 10 Jahren jedes Jahr für tot erklärt, merkwürdigerweise sind wir jedes Jahr immer noch da...
