AGREE! It doesnt matter how the score got so high, but I find it hard to explain how a team could get a score difference over 50 points and NOT find a way to keep the score from getting out of control. I mean damn, if you are on offense have your QB take a knee three times then punt on 4th Down or something and if you are on defense and get a turnover make your guys mmediately goto the ground. If you keep running plays after you have that kind of lead, then you have no idea what sportsmanship is all about --- 125-0, give me a fucking break man -- what does that prove other than that your coach has no idea HOW to keep a game under control without sacrificing his respect for the game and disgracing the coaching profession???

I also agree, but in our game vs the Blue Sharks we had 3rd and 4th string in as well. Almost everyone and their mom had at least one touchdown in that game. Our defense was playing "at 50%" against them as well. Keep in mind this was the 97 team, not the current one.

Now if we had just kept in 1st string the whole game and went 100% on every play, that would have just been a huge dick move.

Das Spiel der Saltminers gegen die Blue Sharks ging mit 103 - 0 aus. Wurde in HN gespielt auf Rasen und nicht in Neckarelz. War damals selbst dabei....ach ja war immerhin schon 1997. In diesem Jahr gewannen die Saltminers übrigens auch die Meisterschaft (18 - 0 gegen die Sacristians). Ne Perfect season wurde durch die Wild Dogs aus Bretten verhindert. War ne schöne Zeit in einem saustarken Team......schwelg in Erinnerungen
