Why would they do this to the smaller teams in the area. If a GFL team enters a 2nd team it should at least start in the Regionalliga. Anything else is just stupid. What chance do these other teams have? Answer..... none.

Only injury risk for Unicorns players on the 2nd team, and blowout losses for every other team in that league. Another epic move by the AFVBW...... WTF were they thinking?

every new team has to start from the last league.. why should it be different for that teams?

that is a league to build a team in, not a league to simply move benchwarmers onto so that they can play too.

look at the scorers from the Unicorns 2 and then go have a look at the Unicorns 1 roster........ K. Raibus for one........ plays WR for the 1st team in SHU, but has done a bit of scoring for Unicorns 2

If you are allowing GFL players to beat up on rookie teams that are building...... all you do is damage the sport. building teams should be able to face other building teams, meaning games where they can compete.

not getting laughed at and crushed by bored GFL backups, and 3rd league players who have not made the starting lineup for the 1st team....... this does not help the game grow in Germany.

Bring those teams into the 3rd league where their opponents can have a chance at competing. Not just line up suckers for them to crush.

wo soll den das Problem sein? Die Unicorns haben 121:12 Punkte in 4 Spielen, das ist ein Ergebnis von 30:3, halte ich jetzt nicht für so ne Übermannschaft. Schau mal die Tabelle von der Verbandsliga Nord Bayern an....

Don't take it so personal. My point is this, look at a case by case basis and decide where to put a team. The Unicorns 2 are going to sleepwalk through that league and the two leagues above them. Say what you want there Kollege, but you have a team in that league that can bring GFL talent to the field if they want........ and that is bad for the sport. 2nd teams of a GFL or GFL 2 team should not start play that low, it is unfair to the other teams.

what a joke. this is a typical case of German Bureaucracy.........it makes no sense, it hurts the sport, it is a bad idea............ but it is what is written on the paper so no one can think a bit outside the box and do something smart.

the people running the sport in that area seem to have no clue as to what helps the sport. Case in point BW Cheerleading Championships being scheduled so that they caused problem with SuperBowl party scheduling. That party is a great way to introduce people to the sport and to market it...... but they make dumb schedule moves.

these same decision makers think they are professional and doing a great job....... whatever.

every team has to earn their way up the ladder. You dont just inherit league status because of the 1st team in a town. The 2nd team is *not* the 1st team.

Warum sollten die denn ebstraft werden, wenn die so potent sind und eine weitere mannschaft an den Start bringen? IN Regionen, in denen es nicht allzuviele 'Ausbildungsvereinw' gibt, macht das Konzept der zweiten mannschaft durch aus Sinn. Manchmal werden die zweiten mannschaften rebellisch und landen in der gleichen Liga wie die Erste

You misunderstand my point. I think that those teams that are truly starting out should have that right without having some GFL or GFL2 second team dropping in on them and ruining their chances. That could cause some of those truly new teams to become discouraged and drop out.

This season the Unicorns 2 slap them around, next season the Scorpions 2 drop in on them, the season after that the Longhorns 2, etc. etc. After a few years of that some teams could dry up and die while being unable to fight to move up.

I am not saying a GFL or GFL2 second team deserves it easy. I am just saying that they should not be able to go to the lowest league and pick on small teams.

you make a valid point there about the Ausbildungsverein but....... the licensing fees and such would prevent a team from bringing their second team all the way up.

And that is assuming that the talent on such a team remained on the second team. It would be pulled up to the first.

Nur dass der vermeintlich große Fisch sich manchmal als ganz schön klein entpuppt: siehe 2. team der Twister, der Bandits,... Für die war bzw. ist die unterste Liga genau die richtige. Diese Fische wären in einer noch höheren Liga ganz schön gefressen worden
Warum also Ausnahmen machen. Und wer soll das dann entscheiden?
Und genau so gibt es immer wieder Mannschaften (keine 2. Teams, sondern "normale"), die genau so alle anderen "platt" machen, wenn sie nach einem Jahr Pause wieder unten anfanegn müssen (siehe z.B. Danube letztes Jahr). Dürfen die dann auch höher einsteigen? Und wer bestimmt das dann? Dein Vorschlag hinkt gewaltig...
