Anyway, I just wanted take a minute to say goodbye to all of my grid-iron brothers (gegners included), fans, coaches, and sponsors that have made my 10 years of football in Germany the best years of my life. During my time, I have played QB, WR, RB, and LB and other than old age, I am walking away from the healthy and happy.
It has been a pleasure watching the German league and players develop and it has been a pleasure to be an ambassador for die Amis. I hope I have had a good influence on the game, attitude, and perhaps perspective on life.
I wish you all the best and I look forward to returning to Germany to watch a game.
Naturally, I wish my team/family/brothers, the Kaiserslautern Pikes, all the best in the future. I will be watching and supporting you from abroad!
Germany feels like home for me and it has been through the wonderful people and culture (ausser Staus) that have built these memories.
